Meet the Team! Owners: Mike and Dr. Jadyn Harris. We are so  thrilled that you have found your way to us. Conestoga Overland was an idea that came about when Mike and Jadyn realized that there were not many real estate agents or brokerages in their area that possessed a wide range of agricultural and outdoor knowledge. Furthermore, Mike's experiences in the hunting industry revealed another void, a need for a company that offered consulting services on the how's, where and who's to booking a hunt with a guide or outfitter.  Mike has been a licensed guide in several western states and hunted in Africa and Alaska, providing a solid knowledge base on how to plan a good hunt.  Both Mike and Jadyn have impressive professional resumes, including experiences in ranching, custom metal and fabrication work, construction, oil and gas, real estate, education and trust asset management. Jadyn has earned  multiple degrees  with a BS in Animal Science and a minor in Range Management, MS in Meat Science and a Doctorate in Sustainability.  Mike's education background is in Agricultural Business.  They have been married since 2008 and have one son, Bear who also helps out as much as possible as he is passionate about hunting and fishing. They know how to locate, build, and maintain ranches with professional and personal experience doing all of the above. They are currently working on building a new Headquarters after they sold Mike's race horse farm a few years back. So they understand how to build something from scratch.

Mike would hunt everyday of his life if possible. 

Jadyn would fly fish and ride horses everyday if possible.
